Knocknagael Limited (SC668011) Membership Application (October 2023)

Knocknagael Limited is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, established to take on one of the fields at the Scottish Government-owned Knocknagael Farm on Essich Road in the south of Inverness.  The company was registered on 20th July 2020 and became a Scottish charity on 1st September 2021.  

Ordinary membership is open to people aged 16 or older who normally reside in Inverness as defined by the Highland Council Wards Inverness Ness-Side & Inverness South.  Ordinary members can vote and be elected as Directors of the Company. Associate Membership for people aged 16 or older who normally reside outside the Inverness Wards shown above, and Junior Membership for people aged under 16, are also available.  Associate members can be elected or co-opted as Directors, with the same voting rights as Ordinary Member Directors. The standard annual membership subscription payable for each financial year (ending on 31st July) is £12.

For members who join part way through the financial year, the subscription is one pound for each whole month of membership.  For Junior members, the subscription is £6.

Members with limited means may choose to pay a concessionary membership fee of £6 per year (50p per whole month of membership for new members).  

If members wish to make donations above the membership fee, these will be very welcome!
