Knocknagael Limited (SC668011) Ordinary Membership Application (June 2021)

Knocknagael Limited is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, established to take on one of the fields at the Scottish Government-owned Knocknagael Farm on Essich Road in the south of Inverness.  The company was registered on 20th July 2020 and has applied for Charitable Status from OSCR. 

 

Ordinary membership is open to people aged 16 or older who normally reside in Inverness as defined by the Highland Council Wards 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19.  Ordinary members can vote and be elected as directors of the company. (Associate Membership for people aged 16 or older who normally reside outside the Inverness Wards shown above, and Junior Membership for people aged under 16, are also being considered.)  You can find out your Highland Council Ward by clicking HERE.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller and our registration number is ZA902626.  We will only use your personal information for company purposes in accordance with UK Privacy Laws and will not share it with a third party without your prior permission.

At present, no fee has been set for company membership.  This will be considered at a future meeting.  In the event of Knocknagael Limited winding up, members may be required to contribute no more than £1.
